Saturday, April 28…Fourth Annual “Stitching the Future” Advancing Employment Opportunities Fundraiser, to benefit Esperanza Threads, 6:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Mt Carmel School, 1355 West 70th St. [entrance off parking lot]. Features good food, good “conversational” music by Dance Music, silent auctions and Pick-n-Choose baskets. The event honors National Safety Apparel and Jane Cibulskas. Tickets $40/person and 100% of the money goes to advancing the mission of training low income individuals in the skill of industrial sewing and helping them to get jobs in Cuyahoga County.
