Cleveland Natural History Museum, “Sip and Sparkle”

At the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, 6 to 8:30 p.m. David Saja, PhD, William R. & Anne. J. Cook Endowed Chair of Mineralogy will lead attendees on a tour of the Museum’s Gem Hall including the Jeptha Homer Wade II Gem Collection and its exceptional colored diamonds. Attendees will enjoy hearty appetizers by Zack Bruell Events & Catering, wine and beer as well as have the opportunity to bid on special treasures and exciting auction items. Cost is $50 per person OR $100 per person, patron tickets. Ticket includes appetizers and one drink. Free parking is included. Reservations can be made at or call 216.231.4600. Proceeds from the event will provide educational camperships for deserving children ages 5-17. Campers will explore health-related careers in Junior Medical Camp, experience the natural world in Outdoor Education Camps or build and launch a rocket in Rocket Camp.
